Take charge of your future health care needs with advance care planning
Navigating medical decisions can be challenging at any stage of life. Get prepared at this free community event that will provide you with information so you can be empowered when considering care options.
The event will begin with a presentation about "Planning and Preparing for Future Care Needs" by the Aging and Disability Resource Center. Afterward, there will be a screening of the Frontline documentary film "Being Mortal," followed by a panel of medical professionals and community members with experience facing difficult care decisions.

- Discuss how to share your personal values with your loved ones.
- Find out why you should complete written advance directives.
- Learn about care options in your community
Have the opportunity to share your services with members of the community and connect with those who are proactively looking at advanced care planning. Limited spaces available at this event, so make sure to reserve your spot. Exhibitors will have access to one 6' table to educate the public about care options available.
Exhibitor fee is $100.
