In today’s economy it is important for every organization to embrace change to continue to evolve and achieve new goals. Part of a supervisor’s role is to lead teams through change no matter how big or small the change may seem. This interactive online course will give you the information and tools you need to navigate resistance to change and move forward intentionally and productively..  understand the people side of change and  

After this course, you will: 

  • Understand of the process of change 
  • Build self-awareness of the personal impact of change 
  • Develop skills to build change resilience and lead others through change 
  • Provide a framework for creating and implementing a change management plan 

This course can be taken individually or as part of the Supervisory Management Certificate Program. This is an elective course. 

Who should attend

Supervisors, managers, project managers, team leaders, business owners, aspiring managers and supervisors and anyone who manages the work of others.

    Heather Kennedy earned her BA degree in Liberal Arts from Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana. She also has MA degrees in Executive Coaching and Organizational Psychology, both from William James College in Boston. She is recognized as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP).

Participants will earn 0 Continuing Education Units ( 0 Contact Hours) upon completion of this program.

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. Should you need to cancel your registration, you may substitute someone to take your place, at any time, at no cost to you. If we cancel a program, we’ll give you your money back.

If your program is 14 or more days away:
You may transfer once to any currently available program – no charge!
If you have to cancel, you will receive a refund, minus a 20% administrative fee.

If your program is less than 14 days away:
You may transfer once to any currently available program, plus a 20% transfer fee.
If you cancel, you will not receive a refund.

If you are registered and do not attend the program, you are responsible for the full fee.

Substitution, refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to UW-Eau Claire Continuing Education.
