These cuisines include a fusion of cooking styles from around the world, but each region has its own unique taste. Make and sample exotic treats and delectable dishes in this 3‐week hands‐on series.
Chef Peter Kwong shares his 30 years working in the hospitality industry. He has been an instructor and served as an adjunct professor of Restaurant Management at International Culinary School. He also started La Brasa Rotisserie Restaurant in Milwaukee where he incorporated a Latino flair. Originating in Hong Kong, he shares his positive world view and gentle wisdom through his classes.
