Become an effective health care leader

Whether you've been put in a leadership position or are planning to take on that role in your career, this program will cover various topics to prepare you.

You will learn about:

  • Leadership styles
  • Working in teams
  • Change management — the human side of the transition  
  • Polarity thinking

The program will be facilitated by leadership expert, Jean Davidson. Jean has 15 years of experience teaching health care professionals to be better leaders.

Instructors

Dr. Jean Davidson, a coaching and consulting professional from the Twin Cities, has 25 years of experience in education, management and consulting. Jean enjoys coaching individuals, teams and organizations and working with people to help them make changes in their lives. Jean has a Doctorate in Organization Development and a Master's in Human Resource Development, and is a Licensed Insights Practitioner as well as Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
