Sales Skills for the New Business World

The business environment has drastically changed over the last year. How has your organization evolved and adapted to still thrive with new tools, technologies, and communication expectations? In this virtual program, you will learn to adjust your sales techniques to be successful. You will practice matching your selling style to fit different prospective buyers. We will address handling objections and learning to close sales with confidence!

Prior to the program start date, attendees will be given a survey so the instructor can tailor the content to the group’s specific needs. Through live interactive webinars and a one-on-one virtual coaching session with the instructor, you will learn and practice techniques to improve your sales efforts. Registration for this program is limited in order to provide an in-depth, hands-on, training experience.

  2. Practice the ability to match your selling style to fit different types of prospective buyers.

Instructors

  • Jessica Gardner

    Jessica Gardner is the Assistant Director of The Center for Sales and Sales Management, Lecturer of Marketing, and the Coach for the Blugold Sales Team. She has been teaching sales courses for six years and has eight years of sales experience in both media and pharmaceutical industries. Jessica represents UW‐Eau Claire at many sales competitions throughout the nation, attends sales educational conferences and stays focused on the newest trends in sales. It is her goal to ensure that UW‐Eau Claire continues to be recognized as one of the top sales programs in the nation by the Sales Education Foundation.

CEU Information

Participants will earn 0.8 Continuing Education Units ( 8 Contact Hours) upon completion of this program.

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. Should you need to cancel your registration, you may substitute someone to take your place, at any time, at no cost to you. If we cancel a program, we’ll give you your money back.

If your program is 14 or more days away:
You may transfer once to any currently available program – no charge!
If you have to cancel, you will receive a refund, minus a 20% administrative fee.

If your program is less than 14 days away:
You may transfer once to any currently available program, plus a 20% transfer fee.
If you cancel, you will not receive a refund.

If you are registered and do not attend the program, you are responsible for the full fee.

Substitution, refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to UW-Eau Claire Continuing Education.
