Build a team that is resilient in the face of change.

Change is no longer an occasional disruption; it’s a constant reality in today’s workplace. Traditional change management tools only go so far. What leaders need now is the ability to foster resilience in themselves, their teams, and their organizations. This interactive online course blends proven change models with practical strategies, helping you build the mindset and tools to navigate resistance, adapt with confidence, and lead effectively—even without being a change professional.

  • Evaluate the current state of change within your workplace
  • Identify strengths and opportunities in your own and your team’s change resilience
  • Apply practical strategies to strengthen resilience and adaptability

This course can be taken individually or as part of the Supervisory Management Certificate Program. This is an elective course. Take three core classes plus three electives in five years to earn your certificate.
