Strategies for challenging times

Finding adequate funding is an ongoing struggle for nonprofit organizations of all types and sizes. Due to the impacts of COVID‐ 19, this need for funding may be compounded by increased demand for resources from your constituents and/or increased competition for funding.

Fundraising is critical to every nonprofit organization and it’s important to stay true to the mission along the way. Fortunately, there are many ways to do it. And truth be told, it can be fun! In this vital program, you will first learn about the spirit and ethics of giving. After that, you will learn how and why to diversify in order to reach fundraising goals. Ultimately, you will come to understand why a fund development plan is crucial.

Specific, useful tools will be shared for attendees to take with them to lead them into their fundraising future.

UW-Eau Claire Continuing Education and the Eau Claire Community Foundation have partnered to offer scholarships for this program to nonprofits that serve Eau Claire County. Learn more about this scholarship.
